When you have finished shopping and view your Shopping Basket you will be asked to choose your delivery country (this can be different from your invoice country). Our system will then work out Postage & Packaging cost to be added to your total bill. This cost is automatically added and is based on weight. Depending on your chosen delivery country there may be different delivery methods that can be chosen.

We aim to dispatch all in stock goods ordered before 5.00pm the following working day (excluding bank holidays), therefore orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, unless express delivery methods are chosen. Standard UK Delivery Items are dispatched through Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For* or Royal Mail 1st Class and normally take up to 1 - 5 working days for delivery. UK Next Working Day Delivery Items are normally dispatched through TNT or Royal Mail Special Delivery, these items are dispatched on the same day if they are ordered before 12.00 Noon and are Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery. All International Parcels are dispatched through Royal Mail International Air Mail or Royal Mail International Recorded AirSure* and can take 1 - 10 Working Days to be delivered.

Please note during peak times, such as Christmas, Standard Delivery items and International Items may take a little longer due to increases in parcel quantities in the postal system. Adverse Weather conditions may also effect delivery times, this is out of our hands, however we do continue to dispatch all goods on time.
