Do you ship worldwide? - Yes, we ship to ever country in the world!

Do you accept all currencies & is there a fee? - Yes we do accept all currencies through WorldPay and PayPal. Neither of our payment methods will charge you a fee therefore the price you see is the price you pay.

When will my order by dispatched? - Most orders are dispatched the next working day, as long as the goods are in stock.

When can I expect my delivery? - All UK orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class which is normally a next day service, however it can take up to 15 Working Days for delivery. All internation orders are sent using standard airmail, this service usually takes 1 week however it can take up to 25 Working Days.

Is there a tracking number? - Unless you send your items using Next Day Delivery or International Signed for then there is no delivery tracking number.

When will future DVDs be released? - We currently have no dates for future DVD releases, however you can keep up to date by following us on Facebook or Signing up to our mailing list.

Is the pilot episode avilable on DVD? - At this current moment in time the Pilot Episode of Last of The Summer Wine has not been released and we do not have a date for release.

Do you sell DVDs in other format regions? - The BBC do not make DVDs in any other format, therefore we do not sell any other format of DVD. Many customers watch the DVDs on their computer or they purchase a region free DVD player from retailers such as Amazon.com that allow them to watch them through their TV Set.
